Glass full of WPF

May 9, 2006
Yowza!
Adam Nathan took Tim Sneath’s post about using glass with a winforms app and did it with a WPF application.
This is likely going to show up in Adam’s upcoming book…

It shows some of the great visual possibilities of WPF applications running on Windows Vista.

More Detail on Glass
I’ve previously pointed people to my colleague Greg Schecter’s blog which goes into great detail about glass & dwm in Windows Vista.

Feedback for Adam
One bit of feedback for Adam though…change the default icon for the window!
I see app after app that people have spent a great amount of time on the user experience and yet they leave the default icon.   Aaaagghghgh!
