Triathalon…er, long workout
I done 5 or 6 sprint triathalons over the years…including one this past weekend.
Although I’m working out regularly over the last 4 weeks, I hadn’t seriously prepared for it…I had to pump up my bike tires the night before. It is short enough that you can do one without major prep, and it is long enough so that it is a very good workout. I cross the finish in this picture.

My 6 year old son has started to do the triathalons as well. It is a blast to see him do it. This was his 3rd. It is only a 75 yard swim, 2 mile bike and 1/2 mile run.
